Have you heard of therapy dogs? These dogs are actually trained to help certain patients. They may be able to lower blood pressure, relieve stress and help people with emotional disorders. Mostly, labrador retrievers or golden retrievers are the ones trained to do this task. It’s because of their friendly nature. Therapy dogs are actually chosen by temperament.
What’s nice about pets is the unconditional love they give us. I also read an article which states that studies have shown that some cancer patients have lived longer with the help of these therapy dogs. Isn’t that great! These are really dog wonders!
